There are so many special holidays to celebrate in January 2026 such as New Year&#8217;s Day Martin Luther King, Jr. Day National Spaghetti Day, National Buffet Day, Motivation and Inspiration Day, National Trivia Day, National Take Your Christmas Tree Down Day, National Whipped Cream Day, National Hot Chocolate Day, Orthodox Christmas, National Spouses Day, and so many more holidays to celebrate in January 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New Year\u2019s Day is celebrated on Thursday, January 1st, 2026 and a lot of people celebrate the holiday in a lot of ways such as embracing quiet reflection with self-care, reading, or organizing; enjoying festive gatherings with games, special meals, or themed parties; or getting active by volunteering, going for a hike, or joining local events like parades or fireworks. Many traditions involve setting resolutions, connecting with loved ones, and starting fresh with positive activities for the year ahead, from cozy movie marathons to extravagant feasts.\u00a0Self-Care: Take a long bath, read, or binge a new show. Watch their favorite sports game or show etc. National Hot Chocolate Day is celebrated on Saturday, January 31st, 2026 and most people celebrate the holiday in many ways including creating a DIY hot chocolate bar with various toppings (marshmallows, spices, syrups), hosting a tasting party with different flavors (Mexican, white, gingerbread), pairing it with movie night or baked goods like churros, trying international recipes, or sharing your creations online using hashtag #NationalHotChocolateDay. Set up different chocolate bases (dark, milk, white) and an array of toppings like whipped cream, sprinkles, cinnamon sticks, chili flakes, or flavored syrups, Make several varieties\u2014spicy Mexican, rich European style, or even pink hot chocolate\u2014and compare them. Cuddle up with blankets and mugs of hot chocolate for a cozy movie marathon. Enjoy hot chocolate with pancakes or waffles for a sweet start to the day. On this day I am planning on having some hot chocolate with marshmallows and baking brownies to have at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also I would like to share some more of my additional resolutions for the New Year of 2026 such as losing weight, 45 pounds at least, exercising at least 5 times every week, eat healthier meals with avocados \ud83e\udd51, eat more salads every day, move my body more often, lifting weights at least 20 times for 5 days of the week, practice money management, practice budgeting money by creating a plan, tracking expenses and automating savings, starting to plan a traditional wedding with Peter Colombos, and starting a family with him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also I am planning on eating more protein meat, spinach and broccoli every day as a meal,eating more of my father\u2019s Pakistani food and starting routines by waking up early in the morning and do a lot of errands everyday etc. Most importantly, my New Year\u2019s resolution is to live with Peter Colombos as an engaged couple even though we are not married yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before I start the February blog post, I recommend getting ready for the spring and summer season and the nice weather.
